PacSi Support and Maintenance
With a PacSi maintenance contract, you will receive regular updates to the latest software versions and direct access to our support team. Our contact persons at SimPlan will assist you with any technical queries or issues relating to the use of the simulation software.
This ensures that you can rely on PacSi in the long term and benefit from further developments to the software.
Software updates and new versions
As part of the PacSi maintenance service, you will receive new software releases as well as any available updates and bug fixes. In addition to bug fixes, new versions may also include functional improvements and further developments to PacSi.
As a maintenance customer, you will therefore always have the latest software version and be able to use new features as part of each release.
Support for technical issues
If you encounter a technical issue whilst working with PacSi, you can contact our support team directly. Reported software bugs are documented, investigated and resolved by SimPlan.
Depending on the nature of the problem, the solution may, for example, take the form of a patch, a workaround or a fix in a subsequent software release.
