What is the difference between PacSi and SimPacSi?
SimPacSi is the entry-level mobile version with a reduced range of functions, whilst PacSi is the full version for complex, interlinked systems. Switching from SimPacSi to the full version is straightforward as soon as projects require more extensive analyses or an unlimited number of projects.
Do I need programming skills to use PacSi?
No. Specialist process knowledge is required, but no programming skills are needed.
Do I need simulation knowledge to use SimPacSi?
No. The modelling is visually-based and suitable for beginners. The Premium version is recommended for in-depth statistical analyses.
Who is SimPacSi suitable for?
For companies with complex, interlinked production and packaging lines, as well as for machine manufacturers requiring proof of performance.
Who is SimPacSi suitable for?

Yes. The free version includes plant modelling and design, up to two projects with two alternatives each, and a simulation run of up to one hour without statistical analysis.
Can I try out PacSi before buying it?

What extra features does the Premium version of SimPacSi offer?
Unlimited projects and alternatives, as well as unlimited simulation with statistical analyses. The Premium version costs 99 euros per month or 999 euros per year, available via the app stores.
How is PacSi licensed?
PacSi is available both as a licence for your own IT infrastructure and as a service. Details depend on the specific use case.

Can SimPacSi also be used on mobile devices?
