Declaration of consent for the collection and processing of data
This data is stored on the server of SimPlan AG and can only be viewed by authorized persons. We hereby declare that the IT performed by us takes place on the basis of applicable laws and is necessary for the conclusion of the contractual relationship. In addition, it requires the consent of the user for each additional data collection. An automatic deletion takes place after 36 months, insofar as corresponding data are no longer needed.
User rights
The undersigned has the right to revoke this consent at any time without providing a justification. Furthermore, collected data can be corrected, deleted or limited as required. Also, a data transfer may be requested should the undersigned wish to transfer his data to a third party.
Consequences of not signing
